I currently offer women’s psilocybin and somatic-based retreats that support deep healing, reconnection, and embodied transformation. Mixed-gender retreats will be available again in 2026.
Psilocybin is a beautiful medicine to work with. It can bring clarity and connection, gently softening old patterns and opening access to deeper layers of insight and emotional truth. Research shows that it supports neuroplasticity and increases our capacity to feel, reflect, and relate in ways that are healthier and more aligned. Many people also experience a sense of deep meaning, expansion, or interconnectedness during their psilocybin journey. This mystical-type experience is closely associated with long-lasting shifts in wellbeing.
Within the retreat setting, participants are held with expert facilitation, the group field, somatic practices, and ongoing integration practices and support. On the other side of the experience, people often describe feeling more authentic, more resilient, and more connected to themselves, to others, and to the natural world.

To date, I have helped train more than 500 clinicians and therapists in psychedelic-assisted therapy. While it has been an honour to contribute to this field, I have also witnessed how easily this work can become sanitised and increasingly vulnerable to corporatisation, commodification, and a drift away from its deeper roots. Bridging Worlds has emerged as my response. Launching in 2026, this six-month experiential training brings together clinical psychedelic therapy, somatic and relational practice, and contemporary ceremonial approaches, supporting practitioners to cultivate the presence, humility, skill, and ethical understanding needed to hold expanded states with integrity and care.

I support PAT practitioners through online and experiential training and 1:1 mentorship. My mentorship offers personalised guidance for those deepening their practice in this relational and transformative field.

I regularly speak at conferences, trainings, and events on psychedelic-assisted therapy, somatic and relational healing, expanded-state facilitation, psycho-spiritual care, and the bridge between science and spirituality.
MY APPROACH
Grounded in relational, somatic, and trauma-informed care, my approach centres on creating collaborative, compassionate, and safe spaces to support healing, growth, and transformation.
At the heart of my work is the intentional and reverent use of sacred plant medicines (psychedelics), combined with psychotherapy and body-based practices that cultivate nervous system regulation, embodied safety, and authentic expression.
BRIDGING SCIENCE & SPIRITUALITY
Drawing on my background in psychiatry, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and group psilocybin retreat facilitation, my work honours the full spectrum of human experience - mind, body, heart, and soul. By integrating modern psychotherapeutic approaches with the wisdom of ancient traditions, I support individuals in their journey toward greater emotional, psychological, and spiritual wellbeing.
COMMUNITAS
My focus has evolved from clinical individualised psychedelic-assisted therapy to group programmes, retreats, and ceremonies. In these communal settings, the experience becomes a shared journey where the group itself is an essential part of the healing process.
Through years of facilitating group work, I’ve witnessed how this approach flourishes when held in a container of love - love as belonging; love as presence; love as the courage to walk alongside one another in the complex mystery of being human.
Many of us move through life feeling disconnected and isolated, longing for community and meaningful connection. Since trauma often originates in relationship, it makes sense that healing requires a relational container - one where it feels safe to be witnessed and supported.
WOMEN’S HEALTH & WELLBEING
A central part of my work is supporting women’s health and wellbeing across all stages of life. Through retreats and group programmes, I hold spaces where women can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of their bodies.
Each group programme brings together holistic modalities, somatic practices, and ceremony to support nervous system regulation, inner exploration, and a deeper sense of connection - to self, to community, and to the Earth.
Gathering in community, in sisterhood, offers a space to be seen, heard, and truly witnessed. It invites a return to wholeness, joy, vitality, and the deep sense of belonging so many of us long for.

EARTH-BASED WISDOM
My work is guided by reverence for Earth-based traditions and the wisdom held in ancestral ways of knowing. While Western culture often emphasises separation and individualism, many ancestral traditions remind us that true healing happens in relationship; with ourselves, each other, and the living world. The group retreats I facilitate honour this relational way of being, creating sanctuaries where you can pause, reconnect, and attune to the deeper rhythms of life.
PSYCHO-SPIRITUAL CARE
I am passionate about supporting individuals navigating life-threatening illness through psycho-spiritual care that helps to ease anxiety and existential distress.
Research has shown that psycho-spiritual care, including psychedelic-assisted therapy, can significantly enhance wellbeing for people facing life-threatening illness or approaching the end of life. By supporting emotional processing, facilitating reconciliation in relationships, facilitating a sense of interconnectedness, and cultivating feelings of peace, gratitude, and acceptance, these experiences can help reduce existential anxiety and bring the dying process into harmony with the natural cycle of life.

In April 2026 I will also be co-hosting a retreat in The Netherlands for people affected by cancer. A cancer diagnosis can affect every part of who we are - body, mind, spirit, identity, relationships and our sense of safety in the world. Even long after treatment ends, many people are left with grief, pain, fear or disconnection. Landmark clinical trials at Johns Hopkins University and NYU Langone found that even a single psilocybin session led to profound and sustained improvements in mood and wellbeing for people with cancer. Many participants described the experience as among the most meaningful of their lives, reconnecting them with peace, acceptance and what matter most.
