Bridging Science & Spirituality

My work sits at the meeting point of science and spirituality. I support people to explore healing, meaning, connection, and what it means to live well. Often this work emerges during times of illness, grief, transition, or uncertainty. At other times, it arises from a longing for greater purpose, belonging, or a deeper connection to ourselves, each other, and the natural world.

My approach is relational, somatic, and trauma-informed. I aim to create spaces that feel safe, grounded, and compassionate, where people can slow down, listen more deeply, and meet themselves with honesty and curiosity. I do not believe people need to be fixed. More often, healing comes through reconnecting with parts of ourselves that have been forgotten, neglected, or pushed aside.

Drawing on my background in psychiatry, psychedelic-assisted therapy, and group retreat facilitation, I work with the full spectrum of human experience: emotional, psychological, relational, somatic, and spiritual.

A central part of my work involves supporting people before, during, and after psychedelic experiences. I believe psychedelics have the greatest potential when held within a wider framework of preparation, embodiment, community, and integration. Alongside this, I am particularly drawn to somatic approaches and the way they help support nervous system regulation, embodied safety, and a deeper connection to ourselves and others.

At its heart my work is about supporting people to reconnect with themselves, deepen their relationships, discover meaning and purpose, and move towards a greater sense of wholeness, vitality, and belonging.

Community & Communitas

My focus has gradually evolved from clinical, individualised psychedelic-assisted therapy to group programmes, retreats, and ceremonies. In these communal settings, the experience becomes a shared journey where the group itself is an essential part of the healing process.

Through years of facilitating group work, I’ve witnessed how this approach flourishes when held in a container of love; love as belonging; love as presence; love as the courage to walk alongside one another in the complex mystery of being human.

Many of us move through life feeling disconnected and isolated, longing for community and meaningful connection. Since trauma often originates in relationship, it makes sense that healing requires a relational container - one where it feels safe to be witnessed and supported.

Women’s Health & Wellbeing

A central part of my work is supporting women’s health and wellbeing across all stages of life. Through retreats and group programmes, I hold spaces where women can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the natural intelligence of their bodies.

Each group retreat programme brings together holistic modalities, somatic practices, and ceremony to support nervous system regulation, inner exploration, and a deeper sense of connection - to self, to community, and to the Earth.

Gathering in community, in sisterhood, offers a space to be seen, heard, and truly witnessed. It invites a return to wholeness, joy, vitality, and the deep sense of belonging so many of us long for.

Earth-Based Wisdom

My work is guided by reverence for Earth-based traditions and the wisdom held in ancestral ways of knowing. While Western culture often emphasises separation and individualism, many ancestral traditions remind us that true healing happens in relationship; with ourselves, each other, and the living world. The group retreats I facilitate honour this relational way of being, creating sanctuaries where you can pause, reconnect, and attune to the deeper rhythms of life. Flourishing is not about perfecting the separate self, but remembering our participation in a conscious, evolving universe, and learning to live in alignment with that reality.

Psycho-Spiritual Care

I support individuals living with life-threatening illness through psycho-spiritual care that attends to anxiety, existential distress, and the emotional and relational challenges that often arise alongside serious illness. Research suggests that approaches such as psychedelic-assisted therapy can offer meaningful improvements in wellbeing, supporting emotional processing, reconciliation, a sense of connection, and greater peace and acceptance. In August 2026, I will once again be co-hosting Returning to Wholeness, a retreat in The Netherlands for people affected by cancer. Even long after treatment ends, many people continue to live with grief, fear, or a sense of disconnection. Clinical trials have shown that a single psilocybin session can bring profound and lasting improvements in mood and wellbeing, helping people reconnect with a sense of meaning, peace, and what matters most. While much of the research to date has focused on individual therapy, emerging studies are now exploring group-based retreat models - including for those living with advanced cancer and cancer-related anxiety and depression - highlighting the healing potential of shared, relational, and well held group experiences.
