This solo episode officially launches THE HOLISTIC HEALING PROJECT podcast and I’m so grateful to have you here. It’s taken me a while to build up the courage to share my story but in the words of Brene Brown, “vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity, and change”. By sharing our stories of pain, struggle and healing, we generate hope and an understanding that, underneath everything, we are all the same. I believe this is how we can start to heal the world - one ripple at a time.
